Life Plan Humboldt (LPH) interviewed several architectural firms and we have now reached a favorable agreement with Perkins-Eastman, a company with extensive experience in senior living communities.
Deciding factors included a portfolio of beautifully designed life plan communities, willingness to work within our budget, the firm’s California experience, and their innovative approach to memory care.
“The Perkins Eastman San Francisco studio has the innovative and forward-thinking spirit that defines the Bay Area. Established in 2011, the studio is founded on the team’s commitment to meticulously resilient designs that draw inspiration from our communities.
Our team’s deep rooted expertise in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, and education design allows us to create solutions that address the unique needs of each individual we serve. Motivated by environmental activism and civic duty, we tirelessly pursue the design of a better tomorrow for each family, friend, and neighbor.”
Work will begin with the LPH design team in December so now is a great time to complete the “Move-In” Survey and let us know what amenities you prefer.
The project will be led by architects
