Buy-in and monthly fees will be set based on several factors: the average home value of Humboldt seniors, average financial reserves of Humboldt seniors, development costs, the size of the resident’s unit, expenses to administer and maintain the facilities.
As a non-profit, we will set the cost at the lowest level possible. Once you are a resident, your fees will not be raised except if your meal plan expands. Fees for new residents may be raised, depending on operating and ongoing development costs.
