We are working on setting up the program for the Future Residents List (formerly known as the Priority Club) and hope to be ready by early next year. The reality is that setting up banking, bookkeeping, software, etc., will take time, as well as making sure we meet the rules and regulations required by state/federal agencies. The first notice to join this waiting list will go to volunteers and to donors of any amount.

With a $1,000 fully refundable deposit (which can be credited to entrance fees) list members will be invited to special “get to know your future neighbor” events, and will be the first to see draft designs of the campus.

Life Plan Humboldt will be a resident-led community. It is important that future residents participate in the development of the project by hands-on help or donation (or both!).
