It will take a number of steps before a waiting list can be created. The Affordable Senior Housing part of our campus will be built and managed by a separate nonprofit. Once we acquire bond funding and take full ownership of our property, LHP will subdivide a 2-acre parcel to enable a nonprofit partner to build affordable senior housing with federal funding.

We have begun discussions with Rural Communities Housing Nonprofit Development Corporation (RCHDC) to build and manage the housing. Whoever we work with will facilitate the affordable housing waiting list. We will keep you updated. Watch the newsletter for more information!
