We have signed a Purchase Option Agreement on the Hiller Road property in McKinleyville. A Wetlands Study was conducted and we have designated almost 2 acres for wetlands mitigation. Surveys will begin in August 2023 and an architect and engineer will be contracted to begin design of the campus.

The “Creekside” property in Arcata, which we had an accepted offer on to purchase including a Letter of Intent, is no longer available. Cal Poly Humboldt has recently purchased the property for significantly more money than we had offered and we are once again working on alternative locations in Arcata and McKinleyville.
We have agreed to purchase a property in Arcata west of Alliance and north of Foster known as Creekside Homes. The property is a mile from the Arcata Plaza, Cal Poly and Mad River Hospital and is bordered by a beautiful conservation easement dedicated to agricultural use.
