What amenities will be available on campus?

What will be the arrangements for dining?

Residents of independent living units will get one meal a day served in the dining area.  Assisted living and memory care residents will get three meals a day.  We hope to include 4 acres of farm land to provide food for residents.

Will there be financial aid available?

Prior to moving in, residents’ financial status will be assessed to assure they have resources to pay the required fees.  If a resident’s financial status changes, we will subsidize their fees so they can remain in the community.  We plan to have a funding source so we can welcome lower-income

YES! We are a 501(c)3 federal tax-exempt organization, so donations to Life Plan Humboldt are tax deductible. Can I move directly into assisted living or memory care?

People will be able to move in to independent units, assisted living or memory care. The monthly price for moving directly into these units with a higher level of care will be higher, priced comparably to other such services in Humboldt.
