In the future I will be so ready to live at Life Plan Humboldt!

I worked for many happy years as a nurse with new moms and their babies. But since 2004 I have been a caregiver for older people. I’ve even organized teams of caregivers when someone needed more assistance. I know first-hand how hard it is to find people who will travel around this spread out county and dependably provide care. I know the costs involved as we get older… and also know it is too easy to get isolated. While I love my house, I’m starting to get tired of paying the maintenance costs, taxes, insurance, etc. I love knowing the next phase of my life will be independent living in a community of active adults. Support if I need it, social connections, and no home maintenance to worry about. Already many of my friends are planning to live in Life Plan Humboldt, what fun!
